Smart manufacturing as a new engine drives high-quality development

 On May 26, 2025, Lingheng Industry and Xunchi Intelligence officially launched the "New Factory Layout Planning and Visualization Project." This project, centered on "data-driven + lean visualization," will help factories achieve the triple goals of increased efficiency, controlled risks, and enhanced culture through intelligent layout and digital management.

Senior executives and core project teams from both parties attended the launch meeting, aiming to improve production efficiency and market competitiveness, and to chart a new path for intelligent manufacturing for Lingheng Industry!

The meeting deployed goals such as the new factory's intelligent construction, space planning, logistics and warehousing management, and production efficiency improvement, and clarified the project vision, implementation path, and phased tasks.

Make management visible and efficiency clear

 

 

Production Transparency

 Deployment of three-level dashboards at the workshop, production line, and equipment levels to monitor production pace, OEE efficiency, and quality pass rate in real time.

 

Process Standardization

 Establishing a "color + graphic + coding" visual identification system to standardize work routes, restricted areas, and material locations. Electronic SOP dashboards are installed for key positions to reduce new employee training costs.

 

Risk Control

 AR virtual fences are implemented in high-risk areas to provide immediate warnings for errant personnel. Equipment health status is intuitively displayed using three-color lights (green/yellow/red), minimizing downtime.
